Hello. I am Chuck MacLean. My wife and I reside on Sunny Cove Ln in the Cadence community at Ten Mile & Lost
Rapids. We are offering a few comments regarding the In & Out appeal to the denial at the April 17th meeting regarding
their request to build an In & Out location in the Costco corner. Here is a brief recap of our concerns:
> traffic is already congested due to the volume at that commercial site, and the addition of the very popular In
& Out business will greatly exacerbate the problem
> This area is very residential, to include two very large and busy city parks, as well as 3 bus stops within 700
feet of that corner. Plus, another residential development (Adero Park) has already been approved, and will further add
to the residential traffic
> This approval would add an 11th “drive-through” business on this corner…further adding to the congestion
> In & Out is a great business organization, but this is the wrong place for them to open a new location. There
are certainly many viable site options in our great City for them to expand their business here in Idaho
