To Whom It May Concern :
From the information provided , it appears there will be no work within the Nampa Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID) facility . If there is any work including landscaping a Land Use
Change Application is required for review prior to final platting .
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected . The Districts easement for Purdam
Drain at this location is a minimum of eighty-five feet ( 85 ') total , thirty-five (35 ' ) left and fifty
feet ( 50 ' ) right .
It is recommended that irrigation water be available to all developments within NMID .
Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31 - 3805 .
