If you get permission,you could continue as Fairbourne Sub No 4, or you could use a different secondary name, like Fairbourne Heights Sub. Otherwise you will need to get a new unique name approved. Dale, I'm assisting a developer with a single-lot plat that was never finalized as the last phase of the Fairbourne Subdivision. The plat includes the parcel highlighted in red on the attached. My question is,would we use the "Fairbourne Subdivision No. 4" name, or should we just come up with a new name for this as the developer is different than the initial preliminary plat developer?
