Subject: RE: Subdivision Name question
Good afternoon Ben,
Since the owner entity that will be signing your plat is different than the owner entity on phases 1 —3 you would
need to get permission to use the primary name Fairbourne on your plat. If you get permission, you could continue
as Fairbourne Sub No 4, or you could use a different secondary name, like Fairbourne Heights Sub. Otherwise you
will need to get a new unique name approved.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Dale,
I'm assisting a developer with a single-lot plat that was never finalized as the last phase of the Fairbourne
Subdivision. The plat includes the parcel highlighted in red on the attached. My question is,would we use the
"Fairbourne Subdivision No. 4" name, or should we just come up with a new name for this as the developer is
different than the initial preliminary plat developer?
Thanks!
