Subject:opposed to Inn N Out proposed Meridian site by Costco

I am opposed to allowing the construction of an N and Out Burger fast food establishment at the
northeast corner of Ten Mile and Lost Rapids. For the following reasons:
· Traffic at that intersection is already dangerous due to increasing Costco traffic that is getting worse
daily as development occurs around it.
· It is directly across from a church and adjacent to an apartment complex that makes additional traffic
safety issues feeding onto that street leading into the Costco complex.
· Their food is great but the location is an accident waiting to happen.
