I would like to voice my strong opposition to the In and Out Burger restaurant proposed at Lost Rapids
and 10 Mile Road.
This is a terrible location for this brand of restaurant. The traffic is already horrible in the Costco parking
lot and on 10 Mile Rd. I live in the Lochsa Falls neighborhood and traffic is speeding and cutting through
our residential streets from Linder to 10 Mile. This will make it worse.
Please note: their application has changed their delivery hours to 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 PM; this will only
ADD to the congestion near Costco and the businesses north of the building site. This restaurant would
be better suited to be built in Eagle. Or closer to 1-84.
Meridian could have been a beautiful city but because of the lack of oversight by the City Council, we
have gridlock everywhere and too many people. Frustrations are mounting. Do you really want this to be
your legacy?
Please do the right thing and uphold the P and Z denial of this application.
