I am writing regarding the In and Out that is proposed for 10 mile and Lost Rapids. It is completely
irresponsible to allow this to happen. Costco's parking lot is already a nightmare and 10 mile is not
much better. I have been stuck in gridlock in the Costco parking for 20 minutes on more than one
occasion. And without a doubt the line for In and Out will end up on Ten Mile.
It's time to think about how this affects Meridian citizens and not bend to the business
interest. Please, Please do not let this happen.
