Jake -
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am copying the City Clerk so that they can be made part of the
public record and other City Council members can have the benefit of your input.

Dear Brian,
I just wanted to let you know for the public record that I am in support of the proposed In-N-Out that is
being built on the corner of 10 Mile and Chinden.
I feel that most of the arguments that people are bringing forward were similar arguments that were
presented for the WinCo and other locations we have.
I have lived in Lochsa falls for over 22 years. I don't feel that the In-N-Out going at that location will add
significantly to traffic. It will be the fourth location, and I don't see that people are going to drive all the
way from Boise or Nampa to come here.
I feel an establishment that is family friendly, pays well, good for the community, safe, clean, and just a
good place to eat is a great addition to our area.
I do know that In-N-Out pays fairly well for a fast food establishment, and is a great job for a high school
or college student. Plus because In N Out is always well lit and safe, it's a great place for teenagers to
hang out in the evening after a movie or concert to get a bite to eat. It would be nice to have a location like
that by us.
I probably could go on and on about how I feel the impact of the In N Out really wouldn't affect this area
that much.

The positives would outweigh the negatives by alot.
Thank you for your time
