Hi there,
My name is Suzanne Gruber and I live in Meridian near Lakeview Golf Course. I am extremely
concerned about the possibility of building an In & Out Burger near Costco on Ten Mile. While I love
In & Out, I do not believe the Costco area is suitable for an In & Out location due the residential areas
surrounding the proposed site. I am concerned about significant increased traffic (which is already
congested) as well as In & Out’s extended business hours. It would be much more appropriate for In
& Out to locate at a site near the Ten Mile Highway 84 interchange, an area that is primarily
commercial and more suited to high volume businesses than a residential area like the current
proposed site near Costco.
