Subject:Required Continuance of In-N-Out application
Good morning, everyone:
You are receiving this email because you have contacted the city about the Public Hearing for
In-N-Out Burger Council Review (CR-2025-0002), scheduled for August 12, 2025.
Due to a noticing error by the applicant, the City Council will be continuing the hearing to
Tuesday, September 9, 2025. At the August 12 City Council Regular Meeting, they will
formally continue the hearing to that date.
Please note that there will be no conversation about the application and no public testimony will
be taken regarding the In-N-Out Burger (CR-2025-0002) application on August 12. Noticing
for the new date of September 9, 2025, will be posted as required by City Code.
Questions about the application should be directed to the Community Development Department
at planning@meridiancity.org.
