The intersection of Chinden and Ten mile, as well as Ten mile and Lost rapids are already problematic with backlog and accidents. While they may be able to handle cars within their proposed lot, this still creates a huge impact on these two intersections and the Bainbridge subdivision with the additional traffic. The approval the Adero Park neighborhood with a major intersection at Malta Road will also put additional strain on north Ten Mile Road between McMillian and Chinden. In-N-Out would represent the 11th drive thru within the CostCo development. The City’s vision for that development was to create retail space with a few drive thru's, not to create “drive thru central” adjacent to the Bainbridge Subdivision. The late night hours are also problematic to be adjacent to residential neighbors with noise and light pollution. There are many lots available nearby that won’t have the impact to a residential neighborhood. We applaud your original decision and ask you to stick with your decision of denying In-N Out approval to build at Ten Mile Lost Rapids Thank you Mel and Patti Campbell 4124 W Wolf Rapids Street Meridian, Idaho 2
