I live in the Bainbridge neighborhood and I’m very much opposed to In-N-Out Burger being
built next to Costco. The current In-N-Out Burger by the village is an absolute zoo late into the
night and we just don’t need that kind of traffic around here. Costco is a very congested
area already and there are other parts of Meridian that would make a lot more sense. The
area just east of Winco for instance would be a better fit where there is a lot more space for
parking and for the drive-through It is also has good visibility from Chinden Boulevard.
Please do not do the residents of my neighborhood and others nearby a major disservice by
allowing this over-hyped fast food restaurant to build in a space that does not have the
space necessary to accommodate the kind of traffic it generates. This reflects a major lack
of planning on their part.
