Subject:OPPOSED In an Out 10 mile

Please honor the decision to oppose In and Out on 10 mile in the Costco parking lot.
We live in Bainbridge at 5696 Eynsford Ave and experience the high traffic every time we attend church in
the same corner In and Out is proposed to go. I have personally seen many close calls to accidents and
have struggled to leave the intersection on many occasions.
The neighborhood and apartments have many children playing and it would increase the danger of the
area if the traffic increases.
We do not have a problem with In and Out but we have a big problem with this location. There are many
other areas not near residential homes that would be much better.
We already deal with significant amounts of traffic along Lost Rapids/ Tree Farm and we cannot handle
any more.
The traffic study that was conducted by In and Out was done in winter and did not include all the foot/
bike/ scooter traffic we see from adults and children.
It boils down to safety. This is not a safe location.
Please keep the denial and do not allow In and Out to build at 10 mile near Costco.
