To Whom it May Concern:
Please VOTE NO on the proposal to build an In-N-Out at the corner of Tenmile and Lost Rapids in Meridian. As
a resident of the Bainbridge community that backs up to this location, I oppose this building site for the
following reasons:
The new Costco and surrounding businesses, as well as the soon to be built community just north of this
location (also at Tenmile) will already put traffic above capacity for this area. Increased traffic contributes to
poorer air quality in our neighborhood(s), additional noise pollution, even if it's limited to certain hours of the
day, traffic congestion/delays and the potential for increased accidents and blocked roadways. Building an In-
N-Out at this location makes no sense other that offering the owner of In-N-Out access to the potential reward
of building their restaurant in such a highly traversed area.
Please consider a different building site, potentially near the Winco on Chinden where roadways have been
built to accommodate the type of traffic this facility will bring.
Thank you,
Heidi Bond
By the way - Our family loves IN-N-OUT - But don't build one in the midst of our neighborhood. Please do the
right thing!

Good afternoon,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts about the proposed project. Your email has been
received by our office. As you may be aware, the City does not determine which food service or business
locates at a property, the City regulates the land use of various properties while businesses decide to
locate at given sites or areas based on market conditions.
Because this project is part of an open application, the Mayor and City Council members are prohibited
from commenting outside of the public hearing. We take public feedback seriously and want you to know
that we have received your email and have read your comments.
Your email has been received by our City Clerk and included in the public record. We invite you to check
the City’s website, meridiancity.org for any upcoming public hearing notices and additional information
regarding the development.
Thank you,
