Hello,
I am hereby writing to oppose the proposal of an In-And-Out Burger at Lost Rapids and Ten Mile. As
a homeowner in the Bainbridge development, we already struggle with heavy traffic around and
through our neighborhood.
Costco already makes that area a zoo 7 days a week. Add a million more visitors and you will be
putting the surrounding school bus stops, parks, foot traffic, ect in danger.
PLEASE LISTEN TO THE RESIDENTS OF THIS AREA!! Prior to the Planning & Zoning hearing, our Bainbridge
community survey revealed 80% of our respondents were OPPOSED to that location. During the Planning & Zoning
process, about 96% of the hundreds of public comments from the 6 surrounding neighborhoods were OPPOSED to
that location.
There are countless locations in Meridian that will not impact residential areas.
