With the amount of drive through fast food places already in the Costco development, it is
unconscionable that you would allow IN n OUT to occupy that small lot. The traffic at Ten Mile and Los
Rapids is already hazardous to neighborhood children, church goers and shoppers without adding the
absurd amount of traffic that an In n Out will bring.
The P&Z Committee got it right by voting it down due to its own assessment and listening to 90 percent of
the neighborhood residents impacted by it. I hope and expect the City Council to do the same.
