our office. As you may be aware, the City does not determine which food service or business locates at a property,
the City regulates the land use of various properties while businesses decide to locate at given sites or areas
based on market conditions.
Because this project is part of an open application, the Mayor and City Council members are prohibited from
commenting outside of the public hearing. We take public feedback seriously and want you to know that we have
received your email and have read your comments.
Your email has been forwarded to our City Clerk and will be included in the public record. We invite you to check
the City’s website, meridiancity.org for any upcoming public hearing notices and additional information regarding

The In and Out at the Village off of Eagle Road and Fairview is placed far out in the mall parking lot where
traffic is not a problem except maybe during Christmas and other high shopping days and there are many
parking spaces available.

I have mentioned in a previous letter that "In and Out" in California does not always have heavy traffic as
they have been there for many years. However I have observed heavy traffic in other states that have "In
and Out" restaurants.
I like "In and Out" - I just wish they would find a better location. I understand the draw of being near
Costco - people shop at Costco and then drop by for a Burger for lunch or to take some home to the
family for dinner. It's convenient and for In and Out a cash cow. But this location on the plat of the
Costco Property will create endless traffic problems...hence I oppose approving the plans.
