My wife and I own a home in the Bainbridge subdivision and are strongly opposed to a new In-N-Out location in the Costco development in this area. We strongly encourage you to vote no and keep the Planning & Zoning denial in place. The volume of traffic that would come into this area would negatively impact the quality of life and the safety of the people in this area. It seems to me that there are many other locations in NW Meridian that would not impact residential areas as negatively as this proposed location would. This area experiences heavy traffic to the point that my wife and I, along with others in the area, often have to find alternative points of entry into our own neighborhood due to traffic congestion. If this override passes, you're simply making the negative impact worse and on more residents. Please do not override the decision made by Planning and Zoning. We are adamantly opposed to an In- N-Out at that specific location.
