Hello, I live right off of lost rapids on 5856 N. Fairborn Ave where In-N-Out is proposing they
want to build.
I have seen first hand from my own backyard that this corner of Lost rapids & Ten mile is a
uniquely
problematic location for the additional traffic load that In-N-Out represents. I can think of a
dozen more lots
that are available in Northwest Meridian with better access and zero impact on residential areas.
This area
near Costco can already barely handle the existing traffic flow it brings in. As a corner lot near
this area we
are VERY concerned about the traffic getting to and from this target site.
