Subject:Opposed - In & Out Ten Mile

To whom it may concern,
I am ADAMANTLY opposed to the proposed site of In & Out at Ten Mile and Lost Rapids. There is NO way
the current infrastructure can support any increased traffic in that area. Costco already brings in extreme
amounts of traffic resulting in delays accessing my own neighborhood. In & Out draws ridiculous crowds
of people and there is nowhere for additional cars to park or to queue up for orders. There are many other
lots for In & Out to consider. Perhaps at Ten Mile & McMillan or near the Ten Mile freeway access.
While traffic is a concern, another concern is the amount of children and teens who use Lost Rapids to
access parks, nearby neighborhoods, current fast food establishments and more. Children's safety is
paramount. Bringing in another fast food establishment, especially one which draws huge crowds,
endangers children.
The City Council already denied their initial request after considering and listening to the community.
Please continue to support our community and deny In & Out's appeal.
