at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2025-0002 Rockwell Greens Subdivision:Annexation of
51.15 acres of land with a R-15 zoning district, a Preliminary
Plat consisting of 412 buildable lots and 27 common lots and
an Alternative Compliance to standards for developments abut-
ting a State Highway. generally located at the NW corner of
State Hwy. 16 and McMillan Rd.Applicant: Laren Bailey, Con-

H-2025-0019 GramercyTownhomes:Rezone of 6.98 acres
