Message: Thank you so much for reading! My comments are about the purposed In n Out on Ten Mile
and Lost Rapids. I actually live at the corner house within 300 feet of the purposed location. Moving in 6
years ago we knew that they were going to put some restaurants and things across from us in that area.
When Costco went in our quiet little neighborhood was/ is a complete speedway. They added the
stoplight in on lost rapids which you would think made things better but have actually made things worse
for us with the noise level. We constantly hear cars running most of the night! We have had literal

accidents in our front yard multiple times. It’s honestly very very bad. My kids have almost been hit
several times even crossing the street at 10 mile and Lost Rapids and I have watched others as well most
recently a couple walking with their baby. While I love In and Out I do not love the noise, lights and traffic
and garbage it brings and I fear that the amount of people it will bring will hurt this neighborhood
detrimentally and cause huge issues. Please believe I think their are many other locations that are suited
far better than to be so close to a neighborhood and parks that bring lots of kids to them especially
Hero’s where I can see kids riding bikes, walking throwing their trash all over my neighborhood.
I am also a Store Manager for a very well known coffee chain right down the road and understand the
whys behind making the money. But please have them go in somewhere like 10mile Mcmillan where
houses do not but up to the Drive thru!
