The applicant and staff are still waiting for official comments back from ACHD.
These comments will most likely be received shortly after the scheduled hearing on
January 4,2007. Furthermore, the applicant failed to properly post the site in time for
the January 4th hearing. Therefore, the applicant has requested that the Blackrock
Castle Greens Subdivision (AZ-06-059, PP-06-059) be continued to the Planning and
Zoning Commission hearing on January 18, 2007 (see attached e-mail). Staff is
requesting that the Commission open and continue the public hearing for
Blackrock Castle Greens (Az.06.059, PP-06-059) to the January 18, 2007
Commission hearing, to allow the applicant to properly post the site and City
Staff to receive comments back from ACHD.
NOTE: In anticipation of continuance, staffhas not included the report for Blackrock
Castle Greens Subdivision in the Commission packet for the 4th of January. The staff
report for the subject project will be available prior to the continued hearing date.
