I live very close to the site and would love to see their permit approved. I understand that some of my neighbors are against In N Out at the site but I don't agree that it will be bring a negative impact on the area any more than any other business would. This is not the first In N Out in the Valley. The traffic at all of the other sites has slowed down and is not causing any issues that I see when I go there. An In N Out in our area would provide great job oppurtunities for our kids and In N Out has tradtionally been a 1 great neighbor keeping the site clean and well keep. The lot backs up to an Apartment complex that you all approved and does not directly impact the neighborhoods behind it. Any business that goes in there will increase traffic but I think those who are opposed to the In N Out are over reacting and don't want the area to be developed at all. They are going to have to accept that the site will be developed at some point but I am certain they will complain about whatever goes there. There is also the huge lot next to Walmart near the site that will be developed someday. This group of folks complaingin need to realize that this whole area will be devloped with businesses similar to In N Out and they could end up with something worse. In N Out is a great community partner and I am looking forward to having them in my neighborhood!! I also noticed that the new Crane's is being built on Eagle Rd which I am looking forward to but seriously, you all can't be that worried about how traffic in impacted if you approved that. Ten Mile is the new Eagle and those of us living near it better get used to it. 2
