mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday,August 7,2025 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33
E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2025-0016 Farrington Heights Subdivision RZ, PP,
MDA: Rezone of 4.68 acres of land from the R-4 to the R-15
zoning district,a Preliminary Plat consisting of 30 building lots
and 7 common lots on 4.68 acres of land from the R-4 to the
R-15 zoning district and a Development Agreement Modifi-
cation to terminate the existing development agreement and
establish a new one, generally located at the NW corner of
