As a resident on Marburg Ave. whose street in the Tumble Creek Subdivision was
designed for the traffic volume for residents in this subdivision only, J oppoM any
approval fot the Oemstar' development. The population density of this new Sundial
Subdivision wnt mean far too much traffic on North Marburg where our children gather
to catch buses, play in their front yards and on the sidewalks, and generally cannot be
seen as vehicles traveling southward. come around the comer onto Lowry from North
Marburg. Since my home sits on this corner, lam aware of many times when this is
already a problem given the current traffic usage. North Marburg was not meant to be an
aecess street tJom the main ~ Ustick and Linder. for another subdivision.
Please deny this application. Rapid growth with dense housing impacts the quality of life
in Meridian.
