AN ORDINANCE ANOWING TITLE III, CHAPTER 5, REVISED AND COMPILED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF I-TRIDIAN, rDA COUNTY, IDAHO, BY ADDING
A NEW SECTION THIULETO DESIGNATED SECTION 3-517 LIMITING USE OF
TRAILER COACHES FOR DWELLING OR SLEEPING TO TRAILER COURTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIME 17AYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
SECTION 1. That Title III, Chapter 5, Revised and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding a new section thereto designated Section 3-517
to read as follows:
3-517, ilSr OF TRATT,?R COAC147,9. No trailer coach shall be
used for dwelling or sleeping purposes except in a trailer court.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency Lherefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Xeridian, Ada County, Idaho, this fifth day of June, 1961. .
