AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 99 6 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2000 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
2001. APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED
BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $235,610.00 AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION I:That Ordinance No. the appropriation ordinance for
the City of Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2000 and
ending September 30, 2001 be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $235,610.00 be appropriated out of the revenues
from Fund Balance and Others Sources and Fees, to be used for authorized
activities.

General Fund:
General/Admin $ 10,345.00
Fire Department $ (8,500.00)
Police Department $137,500.00
Parks Department $ 38,500.00
TOTAL $17 7,845.00
Enterprise Fund:
Water &.Wastewater $ 57,765.00
GRAND TOTAL $235,610.00

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
