THIS IS TO CERTIFY, that CITY OF MERIDIAN
of Meridian, Idaho has complied with the terms and conditions of Permit
No. 63-8322 issued pursuant to Application far Permit. dated June 28, 1976__-
and has submitted proof to the Department of Water Resources on July 21, 1977
that he has applied water to a beneficiai use: an exalnination by the Department indicates Ilan the works llave a
