Mayor Storey announced that the DS Ch ch had requested th the be annexed to
e y o eridian.

The C ncil voted to annex the IMS Church property to the Ci yp that they be allowed a
sewer connection -at the regular ook- p cha ge, and that they be &sessed a m nthly charge
on the bass of two units. The otion was nade by Skiver and seconded by Ellis.

The following agreement was fina ly reached: _
1. The property owners for their curbs and gutters.
2. The school district will Pa4 the cost of paying from t e street mat to the
curb and gutter to a maximuzi cost of $400.00.
3. The Cit of Meriiian and the County will fill in the area be ind the curb
with usable soil, rough grade the area for seeding, and install any necessary
man-holes.

Enclosed is a description for a proposed sewer line e4
the Henson and Banks property across the Coryell property, and alau
description to the Deward property across the Coryell property. The
descriptions are shown in red pencil on the enclosed map.
Following are general descriptions of the improvements as needed to
be included in the revised Resolution of Intention for the LID:
On page 2 of the Resolution, after Section 2(2), insert the
Ofollowing:
(3) Along an easement beginning at a point approximately
340 feet South of the North line of Section 18, Township 3 North,
Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, and 325 feet East of the West line
of said Section 18 and running in an Easterly direction 15 feet,
more or less, to a point of ending.

(4) Along an easement beginning at a point approximately
383 feet South of the North line of Section 18, Township 3 North,
Range I East, Boise Meridian, and 325 feet East of the West
line of said Section 18 and running in a Westerly direction
150 feet, more or less to a point of ending.
