Preliminary Plat Application PP 06- 660
AKA: Sundial Subdivision
Dear Commission Members;
We own and reside at 2721 N. Cinnamon PI., Meridian, Legal
description lot 1, block 19, Turtle Creek Subdivision # 3.
Position One:
We adamently oppose and object to the subject rezone
application RZ 06- 011 and plat application PP 06- 660. It is our
opinion existing R- 4 zoning can be satisfied by reconfiguration of
proposed plat map and designation of common areas, therefore,
maintaining the City of Meridian overall Development Master Plan
and eliminating the setting of a precedent for surrounding property
development.
Position Two:
If the Planning and Zoning Commission should favor the
subject applications we hereby strongly propose the following
covenants and restrictions be imposed and approved for lot 16, block
2- of Sundial Subdivision.
A. Any single residence or structure constructed on lot 16 shall
be single story only!
B. Finished and/or unfinished living area shall not exceed a
vertical height of nine feet above fInished street curb grade!
C. The proposed structure exterior wall nearest the common
property line of lot 16, block 2 of Sundial and lot 1, block
19 of Turtle Creek # 3 shall have no windows whatsoever!
D. The structure roofpitch shall not exceed the minimum pitch
specified by the building code applicable to this subject
location!
The imposition of these required restrictions is to preserve an
acceptable measure of our rear yard outdoor living privacy and
in house privacy!
