Norman Fuller presented a final �rawing of Eastside Park Subdivision sho ing size of lots and blocks within the pl' tt. Frank Pharlton came before the Council- o discuss the Recreation �rogram, Mr. C rlton is attending Siunmer School, beginning 21st of June, daily 7 00 A.M.- to 1 :00 A.14.. Skiver brought up the matter of a Subdivision Ordinance tha was discussed in Zoneing #nd Planning Commissi n. a Council members were pre ente copies and asked to read and suggest changes within the next 0 days. This will then be turned over to the City Attorney to be drafted into an ordi ante, i he Mayor announced that the Municipal Ileague Convention is to be eld in Idaho Falls June, 17, 18 and 19 and invited the members of the Council o attend. I I - ty erk '.dam' ORDINANCE NO. 137 AMENDING TITLE 3,CHAPTER 2 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, BY CHANGING THE IDAHO RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OBTAINING OF A RETAIL BEER LICENSE FROM ONE YEAR TO THIRTY DAYS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO: Section 1. Title 3, Chapter 2 of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian is hereby amended by changing Section 3-204 (g) thereto to read as follows: 3-204:. (g) To any person who is not a citizen of the United States and who has not been a bona fide resident of the State of Idaho for the period of 30 days prior to the date of making such application and who is not at the date of making such application a bons fide resident of Ada County, Idaho. WHEREAS, There is an emergency therefor, which emergency is hereby de- clared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
