I Ma:tor ATTEST:: t Cler dW ORDINANCE NO. 136 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS LOT It SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, B.M. , ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO WHEREAS, City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have con- cluded that it is in the best interests to said City to annex to said City certain real property which is described as Lot 1, Section 18, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, S.M. , in Ada County, Idaho, which:said property lies adjacent and contiguous to the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and; WHEREAS, said property has been sold by metes and bounds and tracts not exceeding five (5) acres. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTION 50-303, IDAHO CODE: f Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is described �#� as follows:. Lot 1, Section 18, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, B.M. , Ada County, Idaho. be, and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Meridian, Ada (bounty, Idaho. Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
