The undersigned hereby warrants and acknowledges that he is
the owner of the real property located at the address or location
set out below in or near Meridian , Ada Count' , Idaho and
acknowledges such parcel of unimprov°ed ground has been disturbed
by excavation work or use of vehicles or equipment in completion
of the 1990 Ten Mile Drain Sewer Line Project for the City of
Meridian , Idaho .
The undersigned hereby releases Bitterroot Constructiun
Company , Inc . , J-U-B Engineers , Inc . , and the city of Meridian ,
Td:iho arid any employees , servants and agents of arse- said ent i � ies
f hereinafter collec-tivel �' called "Sewer Contractors." ) from am-
claim or liability of any kind of whatsoever with respect to the
above-mentioned damage , disturbance az- act of omission related
thereto ; and the undersigned al so acknowledges that wr,rk of
restoration has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with
the terms of the easement or permit. , and agrees to hold and save
harmless the Sewer Contractors from any liability therefore .
Where appropriate , the masculine gender herein used shall also
refer to the feminine , and the singular shall also refer to the
pl ural .
