WHBR,AS, it is intended by the County to extend coordinated service to City of Meridian for the use of communications on the County of Ada freoueney of 29.82 Mc, between the established base stations and mobile units now licensed to the County. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREh;D by t#e parties hereto that the County shall control and supervise at all tines the operation of said communications system for said mobile units, in accordance with all rules and regulations of the Federai.
