I certify under penalty of perjury pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho that the foregoing is
true and correct:
In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-5A-6, I
personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted on July 9,2025 ,
which is at least ten(10)days prior to the scheduled public hearing for July 22,2025
City Cbunal for the Idaho Fbwer McDermott Substation Annexation and CUF
I have submitted a map depicting the location(s) of the sign(s) and photograph(s) of the posting to
the City, concurrent with this certification seven (7) days prior to the public hearing. The sign(s)
will be removed no later than three(3) days after the public hearing.
