RE: Horse Meadows No. 3—Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
On behalf of KB Home Idaho LLC, I am submitting this application for final plat approval for
Horse Meadows No. 3 Subdivision. The proposed subdivision encompasses approximately 7.64
acres and includes 41 buildable lots and 8 common lots.
The preliminary plat was approved by the Meridian City Council on October 15, 2024. This final
plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meets all applicable conditions of
approval. It also complies with the requirements and provisions of the Unified Development
Code (UDC), and has been prepared in accordance with accepted engineering, architectural, and
surveying standards.
Planned amenities for the subdivision include a tot-lot and a fire pit.
