Common driveways with 4 or less lots can connect directly to the main. Sewer mains in common drives are
to be privately owned and maintained by the HOA

There is a question as to whether the current casing provides the City access at to our water main at all
times. The casing does not look like it is long enough on the north side. Please verify this is the case with the
irrigation district and provide a copy of the agreement.

Connection back to Pine has been added in. A casing has been shortened and a sleeve provided for
the water main in the plans.
