Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Pickleball Court Subdivision Street Centerline Elevation Certification PN 121130 Dear Mr. Stewart: As required by the City's final plat application requirements, please accept this statement certifying that all street finish centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3)feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation. According to the groundwater monitoring investigations,the groundwater within this project was encountered at a worst case of 0.95-ft below existing ground.Therefore,the finish elevations of the proposed roadway centerline have been raised a minimum of 2.1-ft above existing ground to ensure separation. It should also be noted that since the groundwater monitoring,the gravity irrigation ditch that was previously flooding the site and partially causing these low groundwater depths has since been tiled. Based on the above information, I certify that groundwater will be greater than three (3)feet below the designed finished street centerline elevations throughout the project.
