Landscape Buffer Reduction Request

As part of the annex and rezone application,the applicant for the project located at 4255 N.Ten
Mile Rd.in Meridian is proposing a reduction of the 25' landscape buffer to residential uses to 10'. As this
industrial zone is developed this landscape buffer will still exceed the required setbacks as set forth by the
City of Meridian code.
