Dear Property Owner,
Prior to submittal of an annexation and zoning application, Meridian City requires an
opportunity for a meeting between the applicant and neighbors.This is your notice to meet and review
the proposed Annexation and Zoning applications for an industrial flex building and storage condos.
This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding
meeting requirements, please contact the Planning and Zoning Services at 208-884-5533.
If you have questions about the development project, please contact the representative listed
below.
Purpose: To review and provide comments regarding a new approximately 16,500 sf industrial flex
building and approximately 74,640 sf storage condos.
When: The meeting will be held on Thursday,April 10, 2025 at 6:OOpm.
Where: The meeting will be held at Meridian City Hall, 33 E Broadway Ave, Meridian ID 83642, meeting
room B.
Project Description: The project is for the new construction of a new industrial flex building and storage
condos. The style and architectural language will be complimentary to the surrounding neighborhood.
The development will include improvements to the site to make the property more accessible to
pedestrians as well as landscape improvements.Attached is an exhibit of the proposed site plan.
