Watertower, Suite 200 Meridian,ID 83642 RECEIVED MAR 1 3. 20G7 City of Meridian City Clerk Office Re: File No. FP-07-004 Paramount Subdivision No. 15 Our response to the City's Site Specific Comments for this project is as follows: Site Specific Requirements 1) All terms of the approved Preliminary Plat (PP-03-004), Conditional Use Permit (CUP-03-008) and Development Agreement (lust. No. 103137116) have been met. 2) Agree. 3) Agree. 4) This project has a private well as a year round source of water supply for the pressure irrigation system. 5) Agree. 6) Sewer and water mains will be constructed through this phase of development by connecting to existing extensions from previous phases. 7) The water main located in W. Producer Dr. has been designed as a 12-inch mam. 8) The pressure irrigation in this phase has been designed so that additional Public Utilities, Drainage and Irrigation Easement widths would not be required - they have been moved into the common area. However, if staff feels that there are areas that will require additional easement widths, those areas will be graphically depicted on the final plat. 9) We are ok with this one. 10) Agree. 11) Agree. 12) A copy of the "Final" street name review from the Ada County Street Name Committee will be provided prior to final plat signature. 13) Agree. 14) Agree.
