The remodel itself will require minimal demolition or reconstruction. The extent of the interior remodel is to add two wash sinks and visually establish the work stations and reception areas. Any work to the exterior of the building will be cosmetic and very minor. In order to meet landscaping requirement we are asking for an Alternative Compliance to the.' ~ ide of the property. The existing setback to building is approximately 6'-0" and has a deteriorating wood fence along the property line. The required is 20' with trees and landscaping to a residential property. We are asking that we be allowed to add a new 6' vinyl fence, grass or planting areas and (3) 2" diameter trees along the southern property line instead. Thank you.
