No further encroachment on Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Hunter Lateral (west
boundary) will be allowed.
Please be advised that the easement for the Hunter Lateral is forty feet (40') twenty feet (20')
each side of center.
ALL WORK WITHIN NAMPA & MERIDIAN IRRIGATION DISTRICT
FACILITIES MUST BE COMPLETED BY MARCH 15,2007.
