Idaho Avenue Meridian, ID 83642 Dear Reader, In reference to application PP 07-QOS of Stanley Construction for Preliminary Plat approval (Planning and Zoning Commission meeting March 1 S, 2i?0'7) the following comments are offered. I first saw Stanley Constructions' plat map in December, 20Ufa. The proposed homes would be directly behind my property. Y would like to ask thax some consideration be given to limiting the Cxrau Subdivision homes to 1.5 stories tall (similar to some of the townhouses on Wintertree) to maintain a sense of privacy in our back yazds. If this is not possible, another solution might be to maintain the smallest setback allowed from the access an the east side of the property. This would leave larger back yards and prevent the second floor of the homes from looking directly dawn into our back yards. Sincerely, Margie L,a~e 1538 N.
