Based on our Master Street Map, we will need 50-feet of right of way from centerline. I’ve attached our
typical street section for a 5-lane minor arterial, which includes the 10-foot MUP. The back of curb will
be located 29.5-feet from centerline.

Can you please tell me how much ROW ACHD needs from centerline for the eventual expansion of Locust Grove
to 5-lanes? Will ACHD construct a 10’ wide detached sidewalk with the road widening project?
