Page 158 and also shown as Parcel 1 in Record of Survey No. 4898, as filed in the Ada
County Recorder's Office, located in the SEl/4 NEl/4 of Section 7, Township 3 North, Range
1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the El/4 comer of said Section 7, monumented by a 3" brass cap
(Comer Record No. 107150725), from which the Cl/4 comer of said Section 7,
monumented by a 3.5" brass cap (Comer Record No. 2016-000592), bears South 89°33'32"
West, a distance of2647.68 feet;
Thence South 89°33•32" West, coincident with the south line of said SEl/4 NEI/4 of Section 7,
a distance of908.64 feet;
Thence North 00°26'28" West, perpendicular to said south line, a distance of 25.00 feet to the
southeast comer of said Parcel 1 and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 89°33'32" West, coincident with the southerly line of said Parcel 1, a distance of
100.00 feet to the southwest comer of said parcel;
Thence North 00°29'2T' East, coincident with the westerly line of said Parcel 1, a distance of
5.00 feet;
Thence North 89°33'32" East, parallel with and offset 5.00 feet northerly of said southerly line, a
distance of 100.00 feet to the easterly line of said Parcel 1;
Thence South 00°29'2T' West, coincident with said easterly line, a distance of 5.00 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.

158, situated in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 3
North, Range 1 East, Boise-Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a brass cap marking the Southeast comer of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise--Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho;
Thence along the Southerly boundary of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 7, said Southerly boundary also being the centerline of Pine Avenue,
South 89'07'04" West l 009.06 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said Southerly boundary and centerline, North 00'02'59" East 25.00 feet
to an iron pin on the Northerly right-of-way of said Pine A venue marking the
Southwesterly comer of said Lot 5 of Eastside Addition to Meridian, said iron pin also
being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
