Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a Brass Cap monument marking the northwest corner of said NW Y4 of the NE
'/4, from which an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northeast corner of the NE % of said

Thence along the westerly boundary of said NW %4 of the NE %a S 0°19'12" W a distance of
1329.10 feet to an Aluminum Cap monument marking the southwest corner of said NW % of the
NE %;
Thence along the southerly boundary of said NW % of the NE % S 89027'31" E a distance of
20.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along the easterly right-of-way of S. Hillsdale Avenue N 0°19'12" E a distance of 563.01
feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary Centerville Subdivision No. 1 as shown in Book 129
