RE: Final Plat Application for Centerville Subdivision No. 3
Dear Mayor and City Council:
On behalf of Trilogy Idaho, please accept this request for final plat approval of Centerville
Subdivision No 3. Phase three of the Centerville Subdivision has 37 single-family residential lots and
9 common lots. This subdivision is located near the southeast corner of E. Amity Road and S.
Hillsdale Ave. Centerville Subdivision No 3 is in compliance with all requirements and conditions
H-2021-0046.
Centerville Subdivision No 2 Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses.
2. The use requirements and provisions of the UDC.
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
