WHEREAS, on June 10, 2025, the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on the vacation of a 3-foot-wide public utility, drainage, and irrigation(PUDI)easement located at Lot 31, Block 3 and a portion of Lot 32, Block 3 of Stapleton Subdivision No. 4; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That a 3-foot-wide public utility, drainage, and irrigation (PUDI) easement located at Lot 31, Block 3 and a portion of Lot 32, Block 3 of Stapleton Subdivision No. 4, as fully described in Exhibit "A", is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 24th day of June, 2025.
