Dear Mayor & City Council Members:
This letter is to request your reconsideration of this matter. At the hearing held February
27, 2007, it was discussed by Councilman Bird whether a, condition could be imposed
prohibiting truck access from Eagle Road, as would be evidenced by a sign at the site. It was not
made clear to me at such time that I could properly intervene and agree to such a condition.
Accordingly, I respectfully request your reconsideration of this matter at the earliest
opportunity after Mayor de Weerd has returned from her travels abroad, and is available to
preside at the hearing. It would be my expressed intent to accept the condition suggested by'
Councilman Bird.
Regrettably, I will not be available until after the 14th of March.
